Richard Collins - Director

Richard has approximately 30 years experience in the building industry in both domestic and commercial construction. He commenced his career in his family’s construction business R&L Collins Group, a commercial building and development company.

In 1996 Richard joined Hudson Conway and was charged with the responsibility for special effects and technology during the construction of the Melbourne Casino. At completion Richard joined Crown and remained with the Casino for its first three years of opening to ensure the proper operation of the building and to manage the evolution of the building fabric into a mature business.

In 2001 Richard set up Project Management company Jinton Pty Ltd with Graeme Manie and has directed many of the company’s projects, including the construction of all major works projects for Crown Melbourne Ltd.

Chris Cooke - Director

Chris has invaluable project design, delivery and management expertise gained through his long association with development company Hudson Conway Ltd, where he was involved with a range of projects, including the planning and delivery of the Crown Entertainment Complex and temporary Casino.

Following the successful completion of the Crown project in 1998, he joined Crown for a short period to manage the interface between the operating business and construction finalisation before re‐joining Hudson Conway as General Manager of Construction and Development.

In 2003 he set up a Project Management consultancy company delivering projects for clients including the Sands resort/residential development at Torquay. In 2006 Chris teamed up with Graeme Manie and Richard Collins to deliver major projects in Melbourne including the new Crown Metropol Hotel and a major development in Yarra Street, South Yarra for Michael L Yates & Co.
